Tape

Drip tapes are thin walled integral drip lines with emission points delivering lower quantities of water than usual drippers at very low pressure. They can have flow rates of 2-4-6-8 L/hr at an operating pressure range of 0.3-1.5 bar. They are integrated drip lines where the drippers are moulded or glued together at set distances within a thin plastic distribution line. These lines are either buried below the ground or laid on the surface.

Tapes are made of low density poly (LDPE) or other soft PE materials in various diameters (12-16-20-22-29 mm) and in several wall thicknesses (0.1-1.25 mm).

Described in details in the sub surface irrigation/underground/tape/drip section.
