Irrig8right.com.au aims to assist irrigators with unbiased, free advice and easy to use tools they can apply when considering a new irrigation system or converting their existing irrigation set up to a hi-tech system.

Irrig8right.com.au is an initiative of the Pratt Water group which has investigated water efficiency and saving opportunities in the Murrumbidgee area of NSW. For more information about Pratt Water and about "The Business of Saving Water" report please visit the Pratt Water web site.

The aim of the site is to build a bridge between irrigation science, research and development and the irrigators and provide an overview of all the existing irrigation technologies in one place.

However users should note that while comprehensive, this website only provides technical guidelines and general information. It is not an irrigation design or management manual. The website will be updated regularly but from time to time some information may be out-of-date.

Pratt Water intends to further extend this website by adding information about pumps, filters, fertigation units, valves, pipes, soil monitoring equipment, irrigation scheduling methods, education courses, future field days and other information relevant to growers and irrigators.
